Whether you are a guest of one of our residents or need accommodations while in Rochester for Mayo Clinic appointments, Charter House offers several lodging options to meet your needs. Stays can range from one night or several months. Enjoy our spacious rooms while being connected to the Mayo Clinic subway/skyway system and in walking distance to downtown Rochester businesses.
Our accommodations range from hotel rooms to full apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people. If you prefer to dine in, we have a restaurant on our 22nd floor overlooking Rochester along with a café serving made-to-order meals, a daily salad bar, and fresh groceries. There are also more than 40 restaurants and eateries within a six-block radius of Charter House.
